Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity

As Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity, Erin Pullin works collaboratively to align KPSOM’s EID strategic framework, mission, vision, and values with internal services, resources, and support. Erin works closely with leadership, staff, faculty, and student affinity groups, and as a partner with many offices to design and deliver professional development and resources in service of equitable outcomes. Prior to joining KPSOM, Erin served at Chapman University as Director of Diversity and Inclusion in the Office of the Provost. In her previous role, she focused on the development and support of a 320-plus volunteer initiative with 14 groups composed of students, staff, faculty, administrators, trustees, alumni, and community members working collaboratively for equitable institutional change. She has also served as a consultant within higher education, K-12, and non-profit organizations for many years. Erin received her BA in Women’s Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara and an MS in Organization Development from American University in Washington, DC.
